As you’ve seen in the previous class, Rush Coaching Manual is an exclusive platform (and app) that allows our coaches to access our full curriculum, as well as:

• View all Rush training sessions and activities
• Create your own sessions and activities
• Create a fully Rush customized season plan for all your Rush teams and coaches (only RSD+)
• Among others,

All Rush Coaches and Clubs receive free access to The Rush Coaching Manual, in which they can find the complete Rush Way. The content is categorized through tags and filters, what allows the coach to find them easily both from their computers as well as from their phones through The Coaching Manual app.

RSD+ clubs and coaches not only receive permanent, free access to this tool and it’s session planner, but also have the opportunity to create fully Rush Way customized season plans with our exclusive Season Planner feature.
