Rush Soccer Development University is an e-learning platform that provides all of Rush coaches, players, and parents with an outstanding portfolio of online courses.

RSDU has an important role in our player development approach complementing on the field training with curriculum aligned courses to reinforce concepts trained on the field, favoring the positional specialization process as well as the overall game understanding of our players.

On the coaching side, RSDU is also the host of all of the yearly mandatory coaching education requirements as well as the Rush Certification Pathway, which is a set of courses organized in three levels that all Rush Coaches must certify in within their first year at any of our clubs. Rush clubs, in fact, are mandated by Rush Soccer Development to sustain a minimum of 75% of their competitive coaching staff certified in Rush Way Level II.

RSD University’s courses that are part of the mandatory Rush Way Certification Pathway or its continuous education requirements are free for all Rush coaches by using the code RUID2022 to waive fees at checkout.

All other courses can be purchased on an individual basis or any Rush club can purchase unlimited access to all of its players for $1000 USD yearly. Contact [email protected] to define your club membership level at RSD University.
