What Is Rush Soccer Development?

As you’ve seen this far, Rush Soccer Development is the department that leads on technical matters within the Rush in order to assist the recreational and competitive branches of our clubs, and within this umbrella it comprises several areas, such as:

• Coaching Education
• Player Programs
• Goalkeeping
• Video Analysis
• Futsal
• Mental Health
• Parent Engagement

The department is organized in two segments: RSD Basic and RSD+.

• RSD Basic refers to the base provision of products and services that are available for free to all Rush members.
• RSD+, on the contrary, refers to additional or upgraded products that can be added to the base package at a cost. These extra services can be added by our clubs and members in a ‘bundle deal’ that is estimated as a per player fee x the number of players in the club, or individually in a ‘a la carte’ format when a club is interested in one (or a few) but not all of the services offered.
